Very good, considerate, pretty amazing compared to other auto shops I have gone to. The only thin is that they cost more than most but like I said there way better , but I have never gotten the impression i was being ripped off.
This was my first time to Auto Aid. They were extremely thorough and helpful. I did not feel the slightest bit taken advantage of as I usually do at auto shops. They even made dropping off my car and getting back to it, extremely easily. I will be taking my car there for now on. Forget the dealership!
The service on my car was pretty quick, as expected to attach the side view mirror they did a great job it looks as if were never off.
My car wouldn't start today, I called Jack the owner whom I've known for at least 10 years, told him about my desperate financial situation and that I couldn't even afford a prescription I must have. He came to my home, jump started my car, followed me to his shop in Van Nuys, checked it, discovered that I'd left a small light on and let me go without paying a dime.
I've dealt with Autoaid for years and found them to be the BEST auto repair service shop I've ever dealt with. Their prices are fair and all the people that work there care deeply about their customers.
David and Jack are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done on their vehicles. I have a jeep that's 29 years old so I have had to have many repairs over the years and this is the one place that I've found where I'm comfortable with the owners and I'm not concerned that I'm going to be charged for a lot of unnecessary repairs.
I am new to California and was not sure who to trust with my car. I found Auto Aid on yelp, read the reviews, and checked them out. And they are a great company. Trustworthy and friendly!

Service is exceptional, always a quick diagnosis and repair. Fair pricing, efficient mechanics and the business is family owned and operated! They give a complete and thorough check on the vehicles, and will give an honest assessment of necessary repairs, I never feel as though I am being "sold" a job I do not need. Absolutely nothing negative to post for this great auto repair shop. (And yes, you are always greeted with a warm and friendly smile)
