The experience was even better this time if that's possible. I have been going to AutoAid for years and they have always gone out of their way to provide good service; those little things that most mechanics would never dream of doing. Per was a delight and made the chore of having to bring one's car in as easy as possible. The lift home and pickup service are superb. The car is running smoothly. My only complaint...I missed seeing Jack's friendly face.
David & Jack run such a great, honest, efficient & clean operation. I know I will be coming here as long as they own it. I always recommend them to everyone I run into. We needed our brakes done. David said one & half hours & meant it. Car was washed when we got it back too! What really gets me is how clean the work area is, you would never know it was an auto mechanics shop. No oil on the ground, no grime on the equipment.
Service was prompt, of excellent quality, and of a fair price. I intend to go back as needed. Terrific...as it's always been for 15 years!

I went in for an oil and lube, and Auto Aid diagnosed my car, determining that I needed a new battery and wiper. The were able to accomplish both tasks while I waited. I found them professional and efficient, and their work space was clean and well-organized.

It was very good. They were very helpful, they fixed everything, and it was a good price. The price was fair and the quality of the work they did was fine.
I was very impressed by the honesty and fairness of this company. We called up about a possible problem with power steering. They found the power steering to be fine but diagnosed a problem with an axle which they recommended replacing; we approved this and they ordered the part. Then they checked out a couple of other things and advised us against doing any work on the car since they believed we would end up having to fix too many things and end up investing more in the car than it was worth.
