Auto Aid has always given me the best, most competent service for my vehicle. Never a worry about having to go back and fix the same thing twice. Highly recommend them for any auto services.

For over 20 years, I have been a customer at Auto Aid. Whenever there is an auto problem or I just want a tire checked I go to Auto Aid. They are friendly and won't talk over your head like some mechanics do, especially if you are female. Any problem with my car is easily explained by Jack or his son David Bulko. Understanding the problem makes it easier to make a decision on what to do. All work is guaranteed for 12 months and you can trust them, I do!

Finding a reliable car service/repair shop I guess is always a challenge for most of us especially women. I found Auto Aid and Rescue thru AAA and I've had my car serviced by them probably three times already. They are very efficient, trustworthy and have great customer service. Jack and David run a tight ship. They make sure you understand what's going on with your auto (for those of us who are non-mechanically-inclined!), and they consistently and uniformly do the right thing. They are, in a word, trustworthy and do exceptional work to boot. They are a testament to the belief that integrity and honor still exist.Who'da thunk it? To find that at an autoshop? Jack & David: you set the bar. I'll never recommend anyone to go anywhere else.

I needed an oil change and had my 3 and 5 year old boys with me. I went to Auto Aid with a last minute appointment and they made me and my sons feel so comfortable. The job was done quickly and efficiently. My sons were playing at the kids' corner and I felt at ease knowing that all of us were being taken care of. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend Auto Aid for anyone who is looking for excellent service, competitive prices and trustworthy people. Thanks Auto Aid for being the best in LA!!!

I like that they have a rewards program. All the money you spend her gives you points which can later be redeemed for loyalty certificates. You can also get points for telling your friends about the shop.

The entrance to the shop is clearly marked and all you have to do is drive in. Everyone is really friendly. The shop is also very clean, probably one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen. The owner even asked me what made me choose their shop and personally thanked me for coming in.
