Do not go to this car lot to purchase anything. The customer service is horrible and they lie on their carfax. The manger Shawn and his sister Tricia are scam artist and ex drug addicts who brag about it. The whole car lot is messy and they won’t help their customers. I bought a car and in 2 weeks the check light engine came on. They are bad for business and I just NOBODY purchase a vehicle from them.
They blow your phone up till you finally answer, you tell them what is going on, and they keep pushing you to fill out an app til you finally do and you don’t hear anything from them then.
They are a absolute joke of a company. The vehicles they sell are garbage and the warranty is a complete joke. The general manager doesn’t even return your phone calls after he tells you to call him. Never buy anything from them.
Took my sister and mom here to buy their cars, everyone was great!
they charged me $ 10,000 over and refuse to refund. they are a dishonest company out to get every penny from you they possibly can.
I can’t possibly express more thanks to the Autoworld staff. I was apprehensive to come in because well honestly I don’t really trust car dealerships. But my daughter suggested I try this place out. I called her sales lady Tricia & I couldn’t be happier.
