This has been the worse experience I have ever had when buying a car. I have had nothing but issues with this car since I bought it. They pretended to be willing to help, but have had no luck with this last issue. I have had the Jeep liberty for just about 30 days and it has been in a shop half of that time. Now the entire electrical system has went out. I called and spoke with my salesman who said he would speak with the service manager. That has been a week ago now and I have heard NOTHING! My salesman Michael went above and beyond to get me in the car we wanted, within our budget. Everyone there were beyond nice to us, and for the first time buying a car, it didn’t take 8hrs. Lol.
