Customer service is HORRIBLE!! We had a vehicle that was totaled and they REFUSE to help us, they kept telling us we have to deal with it, but we have been on the phone with Gap Insurance, Valley Strong (formerly Kern Schools), and warranty company ALL said the Auto Village is the one that has to send the information over (original contract (both sides), cancellation of warranty (we tried, they have to do it) and gap insurance) they will only accept from Auto Village. RecommendedFantastic Cusomer service by sales representative Franco. He got me in fast even though they were about to close and sold me a great car for a great price , very quickly. I did not feel pressured to purchase, more so it was a very welcoming energy throughout the entire process! I would definitely recommend this dealership.
