Asked the girl at the counter if they price match Canadian Tire on 5L jugs of Castrol Edge Full synthetic oil, She was willing to help until the older lady who works there got nasty with the me!! claiming they don't match flyer pricing. I liked buying my auto parts at this store. however I'm not coming back again, I work retail and I would never act out like that in front of a customer. Went to CT and purchased 4 5litre just on sale.
Crappy customer service
To error is human, but due to human error a major engine failure occurred. Auto Value along with upper management & a district manager were great in supply 98% of all the parts needed to bring the engine back up to running status. I find the staff are always very helpful in sourcing any parts I've needed for various makes & models of units. Thanks so much.
