Customer service is terrible when speaking with clients and trying to get a refund is like you did't have an account.

On May 6, 2020, received a phone call from a Georgia state number, with a automated message, saying "Urgent Action required" and saying that they were notifying me that my vehicle warranty was expired; and to press 1 to speak to a representative. I pressed spoke with a Rep, and asked continuously throughout the phone call, "What company do you work for?". The rep's response was "We work with you car's manufacturer." Mrs. Wash I would of advised you to call us and discuss this matter. I believe the situation would have been rectified if you would have called us before posting this negative review. Our cancellation procedures are outlined in the policy so there was no need to charge back the down payment we would have refunded you if you followed our cancellation procedures.
