The entire experience was superb! Matt answered any mechanical questions I had about different vehicles. Tracy my salesman was very knowledgeable, patient & really listened. He showed me many different options. After purchasing the car he literally walked me through all the menus in the car & the outside of the car explaining everything. We purchased an amazing Expedition with an awesome experience from start to finish! Such a blessing when you are making a major purchase.
Tracy at the DeSoto location is amazing! He showed us all our options within our budget, found extra incentives so we could get the best deal and was very patient and thorough. Financing dept was friendly and efficient. In and out of a dealership with a purchase in under 4 hours!
