They could not waste a week worth of my time running my credit thru multiple vendors to get me approved then sell the vehicle I'm looking at the morning before I came to test drive and buy. Waste of my time and taking lots of credit checks for selling the vehicle I'm looking at out from under me. Never gave me a chance to put a deposit or anything down.
Tried to sell them my car and they low balled me 5k less than what my cars trade in value is. Tried to tell me kbb on my car was 7k when another dealership and myself had kbb trade value at 12k. They offer 5k over kbb, what they don't tell you is they offer way less than what the car is worth and then add the 5k on top so it looks like you got more when you're really getting what the cars worth. Worse sales tactics.
They were offering 5k over bluebook value. Had our car driven, appraised and kbb at sapaugh and was given 11,500 buy out offer. Went to Auto plaze 3 days later said the car was only worth 7,500.. so basically with their 5k over kbb would only end up equaling what the car is worth. They lied to us to get us in.. sorry i will continue to use Greg at Sapaugh. He's at least loyal, honest and upfront about everything. My family has bought over 20 cars from him. Stay away from Auto plaza... Auto Scam
