Looking for a vehicle during the COVID19 lockdown can be challenging. Many initial sales contacts/inquiries are pushed online. There are differences in how each auto dealer sales department and salesman have adapted to remote sales lead development. It is tough keeping the online chat bots and pester windows at bay when browsing online. Even tougher keeping direct sales responses at arm's length if you give up too much contact info.
