RecommendedI mentioned wanting a car to a good friend working here, and within 24 hrs I had a brand new Jeep. I told him what I wanted, and how much I could afford and the car was mine! This was definitely the easiest and best car buying experience I’ve had. The service they offer is spectacular and anyone looking for a vehicle should go here!

His compassion, friendliness,knowledge, and overall demeanor was beyond impressive. Great staff and excellent customer service. We had the worst experience at Auto Plaza Ford in Desoto and would never recommend anyone take their vehicle there for repair. We were taken advantage of and paid $4609 for them to diagnose and fix our Expedition and when we left their parking lot the same loud sound was still there within a mile of leaving their dealership. We immediately took it back to the dealership but was told everyone had left for the day and to bring it back next week. August Portell made our car buying experience easy.
Drove almost two hours to look and purchase a truck. After looking at the truck for 30 min and not getting a single salesman to come talk to us (including waving them down) we went to get food. We came back to look at the truck again. Another 15 min went by without getting anyone’s attention. As soon as an older couple drove on the lot and got out a salesmen in bright yellow shoes RAN to them to help while looking directly at when we asked for help 0/10. Do not recommend
Anyone looking to buy a new car or truck go see Elijah Davis awesome guy to deal with as well was everyone else at the Auto plaza... Go see him and get you a need ride
