Purchased a vehicle from Wesley Chapel on May 12, 2024 and trade-in vehicle loan is STILL NOT been paid off as of 06/20/2024. No communication on AutoNations end as to when issue will be resolved or even if they’re trying. Contacted lender multiple times and they’ve stated nobody from AutoNation has contacted them. Worst car purchasing experience in 30+ years of buying vehicles.
Bought a Volvo from Milin a few months ago, he was very upfront about everything and was patient enough to explain the whole process to a first-time buyer! Would definitely recommend!
Bought a 2007 Camry together with my daughter. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile for us, including making sure the car had a fresh inspection and new battery. When they delivered the car to our home today, I also noticed that they took the time to restore the headlights which had been yellowing. We went to this dealership based on the reviews we read online and were pleased with the service we received. I would purchase a car from Auto Nation again should the need arise.
Got the best bang for our buck in the altama car looked good in the pictures and it didn't disappoint in person didn't even have to haggle it was the best priced altama out there. Besides millin being 15 mins late for the appt the overall experience was more than satisfactory he did make it up by putting 20 in the gas tank
