appreciate how friendly everyone is there. Also I appreciate the time they spend explaining things to me. I don think though that they are a bit expensive compared to other shops they've been to. The lounge is extremely comfortable and welcoming.
Thanks for the great service. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is this: When I called to make the appointment I mentioned that I wanted new wiper blades. Again, when I dropped the car off I mentioned the wiper blades. When I got a call later I was told that the wiper blades on the car weren't original Honda and they needed to be replaced. His customer service skills are exceptional. He explains what is going to be done and tells you to feel free to ask him questions. Service took a bit longer than I had expected but overall I was satisfied.
Highly recommend them for their honesty, workmanship, and great customer service! We've brought my husband's '97 Civic that has 278,000+ miles-original engine from the first servicing here and it is still going strong. This is one part of our life we don't worry about. Highly recommend!
