They towed my vehicle when I was stranded. Muhammed is the guy who runs the shop. Always a perfect experience when I bring my three cars here. Never any pressure, honest, good people. Front desk staff is excellent!
Auto mechanic service plus always helps. Very nice experience over all. They told me the brake pad that I recently changed at Piercey Toyota almost fell off (this is what I paid $600 for). Then I said I need to go to Piercey to let them redo it. But Precision staff suggest do it here. I said OK while thinking about paying big and then ask Piercey to reimburse me. Turns out it only cost $26. I think I will service my Toyota cars here from now on. Forget about those crappy service department at the dealers.
AUTOMECHANIC SERVICE PLUS IS worth it !! My 2007 honda was making a weird noise when cold, in reverse. So I had taken it to several different places to get it looked at but no one could find the problem. My co-worker refered me to precision so I tried it out. And precision found the problem and got it taken care of. Honestly, I think the dealership would of took every dollar from me but MUHAMEMD offers excellent service at a reasonable price :)
they stand behind their work. For example, they replaced my ball joints two years ago. Recently it was discovered that one was becoming loose. It is unusual for only one to wear out and in such a short time. Although it was undoubtedly because of a bad part, the manufacturer said it was beyond warranty. However, Precision informed me that they would replace it free of change, even though I didn't even ask.
Muhammed the owner has helped a lot. I had alot done this time including, timing belt, water pump and brakes. They were friendly, professional and fast! Thank you for making it easy. And did I mention the fee was competetive! It all adds up and they were the best price in the area. My car is running great too. Again, thank you! :)
