As usual, the guys at the front desk were great. They always tell me what they did and what areas need some attention. And the guys in shop have been keeping my '93 Honda running great.
Excellent and courteous sevice as usual. Unnecessary repairs were not made and postponed until actually needed. That is much appreciated. if something can wait to be fixed, that is very helpful. You folks are not trying to make the extra buck by scaring a customer into thinking that somehting must be done now when in fact it is not necessary to do so. That is excellent customer focus.

Whether in person or on the phone, they have been curteous and taken the time to explain what is going on with my car, the repairs that need to be made, and an estimate for the cost. They confirm with me that I want to proceed with a repair. They never try to sell you more maintenance or repairs than your car needs.
My while-you-wait oil change was done quickly and in time for me to easily get to my next appointment.
