We bring both of our Toyotas here for service. They are always professional, prompt and honest. My last visit I thought I heard a problem with my brakes? The owner went on a test drive with me. Did a full inspection, removing the tires etc. Reassured me my brakes were still fine and charged me nothing!! They have my loyalty!
I just had a minor service this week - replacing a head light - and called Precision to see if they were available to change out the bulb. I was advised to come on in within the next 45-60 minutes and they could accommodate this for me. A reasonable estimate was given to me in writing. When the car was ready I was surprised to find out the actual work done took a bit less time on their part and would actually cost a bit less than anticipated! consistently delivers only the best service. I called and within a day was able to bring my car in. Not only were the repairs made quickly, but they were able to drive me home and back while my car was being worked on. I needed to be back home on this particular day because I had a home delivery scheduled. By 11:00 am I had my car serviced, and a home delivery done, and was ready for my 12:00 appointment at the bank. Simple and easy,
I have been going here for years with multiple cars.As a woman, I have had lots of bad experiences at other car repairs with the people treating me like I am stupid. NEVER at Auto Mechanic Service Plus.They are always very nice, respectful and explain things without patronizing the person.Their prices are fair and they work with you to figure out what is needed for your car.I can't imagine going anywhere else for car repair. I only needed a standard check up with a additional couple minor maintenance items, but they handle it quickly, provide a morning drive back to work, and keep an eye on future maintenance needs (e.g. projection for next brake maintenance, etc.). I continue to be pleased with their technical excellence and friendly and professional customer service.
