Made an appointment online for a safety inspection at 5:00. When I arrived for my appointment at 5 I am told they do t do inspections past 4:30. Nothing is said about this on the website when you make your appointment. Asked if they could do it the next day and was told no since I don’t have an appointment! Yes I do have an appointment! They are quick and very polite! Much better priced then Valvoline. I trust are vehicles to be taken care of at Auto Line Plus!
Always a manager or owner on site. Clean shop, comfortable waiting room. My inspection appointments are always on time. They would get more of our work if my husband wasn't a mechanic...
Went to auto lube plus for the first time! Was in an out in 15 mins the guys there checked everything aN were honest with me! I’d recommend auto lube plus to anyone!
Failed to replace a heat shield correctly after an oil change on my F-150 last month. Left that afternoon for Alabama and about half way found that my shield was dragging on the pavement. It was destroyed. When I wrote up an incident report all I was offered was a store credit for future oil changes. I just want my truck fixed. This is poor business practices.
Visited for oil change was told they were out of stock for the oil filter my vehicle needed. Returned four weeks later still no filter. Was told that owner would no longer order the filter for my Kia Sorento and that he was on vacation for two weeks in Gulf Shores. No apologies at all, clearly didn't care about my family's business. Guess I'll no longer contribute to their vacation fund. Took my business across the street.
They get the car in and out, but most important they get the job done right
