My daughter took her Toyota 4 Runner in for an Inspection and basic oil change at the store in Warrenton, but they did the extended service oil change and charged her more money. BUT THEY DIDN'T DO HALF THE THINGS THEY SAY THEY DID AND CHARGED FOR!! They claimed they did a chassis lube, but when I crawled under it, every zerk fitting is dry and crusty, hasn't had a grease gun on them in years!
