I walked in spoke to Jason. I took the car I wanted for a test drive and I was finished the whole process very quickly. The next night I picked my car up and everything that I asked to be done to the car was done. Jason was very polite and helpful! I would send everybody to this place. Thanks Jason! You're great!

Just thought I'd take a minute to award my highest praises to the staff at Autohouse for making my car buying experience easy and trouble free. Brian was such a pleasure to work with and Jason made the financing quick and painless. In fact, I was able to pick the car up a few days early because they were so efficient!

stay clear of these criminals** BUYER BEWARE – absolutely no customer service skills or people skills in general. You are inconviencing them when you walk in the door to this place, and when they get your money theyre hands are washed with you...purchaced a vehicle from these scam artists and same story as everyone else on these reviews for them...the 86 point inspection is a joke and must have been performed by helen keller. they sold a car that would not pass inspection and had to keep sending the car to their mechanic for... read more

Don't do it! – I would not recommend them. Their Audi's have several problems and it is hard to believe they go through a rigorous inspection before being sold. I have had mine for 8 months. The first two months it was at their mechanics three times because the engine light was on. This went on two days after I had the car. They did pay for repairs and a rental car for one day. I also brought it to Audi for a proper diagnostic since their mechanic didn't seem to know the problem and I told him what the issue was. 5 months la... read more

Quite the facade - not to be trusted. – I bought a "certified" Audi from these people earlier this year and had much more than my fair share of trouble with it. It seemed like a great deal initially; low mileage, perfect condition exterior except for a few scrapes on the bumper and a few other cosmetic things - all of which AutoHouseUSA told me would be replaced, as new. Consider Auto House – I have been looking for a SUV for quite a long time and did not think I would get the look and features I wanted. Then I look at Auto House's website. I found just what I was looking for - a Volvo XC90 with navigation. It is perfect! The car looks brand new. They also helped me get the financing I needed even though my credit was bad. They even referred me to a wonderful mechanic that helped me with minor problems with the car. I love my car and I urge you to consider Auto House for your next purchase!
