They are not high pressure which I appreciated, and they did give me a pretty good deal. The car is in great condition, my mechanic even asked me where I bought it because it is in such good shape

These guys really took care of me, I couldn't be happier. I live in western mass and they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for, so actually ended up driving over three hours to look at and eventually buy the car. They were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me to make things easier despite the long drive. Great example is that I wanted to have an additional key made up for the car, so they worked with a dealer out in my area to get the key made up rather than making me drive all the way back out their way.... read more
He was honest, and helpful as he could be.
When I pulled up to Auto house, I was surprised by how small the lot was. For such a small dealership, they pack in a lot of value. There is not a single car here that I would not have driven off the lot and been perfectly happy in. I was looking for something very specific though, a 2011 Audi S6, and they had a great car for me, well below Blue Book value. I was looking for a commuter car is my budget but had finally decided to take the chance and buy a new vehicle. I knew I wanted to shop locally therefore I sent off e-mails to local dealers in Saugus/Malden and the folks at this shop responded quickly & warmly and answered the many questions that I had for them. I have been using Auto House USA for about 7 years now. I am very fussy about my carss and the quality of paint work must be factory like or better. I simply can not tell when Auto House USA has refinished a panel or fixed a small fender bender.
