Positive Experience – We were looking for an SUV with some warranty left on the car. After reading the reviews we were a little hesitant when walking into the dealership… but it was a nice surprise. GREAT PLACE TO BUY – I recently bought a 2003 BMW X5 from Autohouse and I was extremely pleased with how professional and easy to deal with the staff was. The car I purchased is in mint condition inside & out, I couldn't be happier. I felt comfortable throughout the buying process & they were vary fair when it came to negotiating on a price. Think Twice or Three times – My wife and I just bought a car from there in Dec. 2010. First glance nice low mile used cars, Salesman very relaxed, very knowledgeable. We found a car!!! went to sign the papers our extended warranty amount was more. They did work with us on that. NOW I smell something burning, So when I get the car inspected here in RI the mechanic tells me there is an oil leak somewhere near the turbo$$$ Leaks Windshield fluid(3 Gallons in a month) Blinkers don't stay blinking after 20+ blinks. Very Happy – I bought a 2004 BMW from Auto House and picked it up last week. Im very happy with the car and I know I got a great deal. The staff was great to work with and made everything easy for me. I walked in expecting to get the typical used car dealer games and these guys were completely the opposite of that. I never write reviews but I though I would take the time to write a little something about them because this buying experience was the definitely easier than any other car I have ever purchased. Worst Customer Service and Unreliable Vehicle – I purchase a vehicle from them 10 days ago. Upon test driving it, I noticed 2 defects (passenger side seat belt not working and rear passenger side door not opening). I brought it to the attention of the seller who assured me that it would be completely fixed by the time I picked the car up. When I picked up the vehicle, one of the defects was not fixed. The Absolute Best! – We've all heard of bad experiences buying used/pre-owned cars. This was certainly not the case at AutoHouse in Saugus. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process, and had aggressive and transparent pricing. I am the happy owner of an 03 BMW 745i and I couldn't have had a better experience. Honest Dealer, Great Service!!! – I had been on the market for a used Audi A6 for several weeks. After running into a series of unscrupulous dealers who tried to pull the old bait and switch on me (charge a low price to get me in the dealership then add thousands in fees and warantees), I had low expectations for Autohouse.
