After trying to get me to pay for parts that didn't need to be changed because they didn't think mixing brands was good, they broke a fitting for my coolant system and of course I wasn't going to pay for something they broke. But they managed to inflate the cost of an oil change to almost $225 to cover the costs for the parts and labor they lost due to their negligence. . I have taken my 97' 500 SL to AUTO HAUS on four different occasions. Whether they performed minor work ( oil/filter change) or more major work ( rebuilt the transmission), the service folks have been timely, dependable, and professional in every sense of the term. They diagnose the problem effectively, lay out a repair plan promptly, and execute quickly. I couldn't ask for more.

Second time I've came here after I scheduled an appointment and waited two hours for an oil change when I was told that it would only be an hour. The first time I came it took almost 6 hours smh. I will NEVER come back here again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and came a second time and they still have the same excuse.
Chai Douanglee is an excellent salesman. Everyone at Autohous were easy to deal with; not pushy at all.
