We bought our Audi from Auto Haus after looking for many months. It was a spur of the moment idea as we rode by and saw a couple on their lot. Vincent wasn't "pushy", listened to what I liked and didn't, and even ended up working late to get me driving off in my "I wish I had" car the same day.
The best i say on the east coast. They did a great job on my Range Rover. The troubleshooting was awesome clearing the faults.
I recently purchased a BMW from Dale Mang. From the first time I met Dale and explained what I was looking for, Dale keep me informed of new arrivals that might match my interest - and indeed one did! I visited and spent several hours with Dale who provided great service and advice throughout my appointment and purchasing experience. Drove my new car home that day - and glad that I did! Dale and Auto Haus were great to deal with! 3rd vehicle my bride and I have purchased via Auto Haus. I plan to use them for servicing also!
I have been looking for an Audi for a while (only maker I've ever owned), and they had the perfect one. I drove off the lot the very same day, thanks to Chai and Diane. Although I arrived there before closing it did not stop them from providing the most professional experience one can expect. I will come back here whenever it is time to upgrade!
