The entire team is helpful and pleasant, especially the shuttle driver Mr. Kelley! He always has a smile on his face and I look forward to seeing him. When a loaner is not available, rides to and from the dealership are always the most pleasant. You can tell he really cares about good customer service. He’s my favorite part of getting my car serviced at the Williamsburg location.
Quick, easy scheduling. Work done on time and WAY less that the Mercedes dealership. Friendly people.
