Total bait and switch. Drove 1 1/2 hours to see a car after I had made an appointment with a sales person, Tim. Even confirmed I was on my way. When I arrived, Tim was nowhere to be found and I was told that he was writing up the paperwork on the car with someone who had 'just' purchased it. The car wasn't available to see because it was 'on the other side', whatever that means. Some other salesman immediately started spouting off other cars that were similar. All way too rehearsed. We have bought cars from Autohaus and it was a great experience. What I am most impressed by is their service department. Ryan over on the BMW side takes really good care of me and my Mini Cooper and Jamal on the Mercedes side good takes care of my husband's Mercedes. I highly recommend their service departments!
All I know is I paid a lot of money for nothing, everything was the same as before I took it to them...the only difference was I was out over $300..00 after I was told my cay was fixed...my problem still existed when I left .
The selection of cars are nice but they're priced a little high

I just bought a 2003 BMW Z 4. I made the purchase over the phone in under two hours because I felt comfortable with their staff.... and their representation of the vehicle. The car arrived today here in Alabama and it was even better than they had described. I would highly recommend buying from them and I would again.
I've been getting all my cars serviced here for years. When it was time to get a new car, I used the "I Find" system where Hans (owner) finds you the car you want. Worked perfectly! Brian, Kevin, and Kellen in Williamsburg have been great to work with and always eager to help. Highly recommend this dealerships!
These people are great. The Yorktown branch has been servicing our Volvos since we moved to Newport News in 2008. They always do an excellent job.
