I chose this company at the recommendation of my car dealership. The installation was great. The installer was friendly and fast. However, the customer service aspect with this company is lacking in many ways. I had to contact them an hour after my install because we couldn’t locate the keys to the vehicle and the treatment you get on the phone is not professional. On our way back from camping this weekend someone shot our back windshield with a pellet gun and it shattered. Not happy with our deductible or the referral our insurance provided, I found these guys. They had amazing reviews and the best price point by far. They came out NEXT DAY and changed it in the parking lot at work. Excellent customer service, amazing timeframes, fantastic price point, and they come to you and work quickly. HIGHLY recommend.

I got several quotes before I committed to getting my windshield replaced. Auto Glass Xperts gave me the best price AND the customer service was amazing from start to finish. When I first called, Jack was super patient with me and all my questions. He even found a windshield that was even cheaper than he originally told me. Booker, the gentleman that installed my windshield, was just as nice and professional. I 100% recommend.
