Poor Workmanship – I choose Glass Masters based on the fact that they could replace my windshield on the same day it was damaged. Unfortunately the installation turned out horribly. The windshiled leaked water, had loud wind noise, and the molding was bulging. It was so bad that I didn't even trust them to attempt a warranty repair. I had SafeLite perform the repair and they got it right on the first try.
Cheap glass used to get the best price! (Alan) – Naturally they may have been able to save you some money, but the question in general concerns the quality of auto glass they used? If you're going to shop for the best price, you may want to stay in the same ballpark. You got what you paid for and that is cheap, cheap glass!
save time – My windshield got damaged from a rock on the road a couple weeks ago and it cracked right in the middle of the driver side, so i had to get it replaced. i called several glass shops and glass masters had the best price. they scheduled me an appointment and replaced my window in what seemed to be an hour, great service i recommend this for all glass damage.
