BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I ordered my windshield and had it replaced at a too good to be true price. I got there before they opened. They immediately took my car to the back but the worker assigned to my car had to take his time drinking his coffee, have a smoke, socialized with a female that drove up there to bring his coworkers smokes. i took off work half day to take my 2008 CR-V in for the scheuled appt. got there and they didnt have us on the books nor did they have the window. was told to come back at 1:30. i made it clear my son was sick and had a doc appt at 3:30. sat there til 3:15. during that time i witnessed many people with the same issue being told various stories why they wernt getting the service either. after begging them to hurry up so i could get to the doctors office i noticed the tape on the back of the cr-v as i drove away. when i got o... read more

Affordable Price – Checked a few places before finding Glass Masters and am very happy with the price and how fast it was done. The staff was awesome and I will recommend them to anyone that needs new auto glass done light without a huge bill.
Simply the BEST! – I will never go anywhere else... The service to my car was fast and done to perfection! But what will keep me coming back is the sweetest lady ever at the front desk! Professional Staff – My windshield presented a special handle for the Glass Masters of Augusta. Although my vehicle should have fit the factory windshields. It did not. The Glass Masters even had the president search for the correct windshield to replace my current windshield. Apparently I had a rare windshield and with the Glass Masters persistence I was able to not only receive the correct windshield but one at a major discount.
Approachable Staff – On 1-24 2012 I was sitting in the waiting area while my windshield was being replaced. I recognized the multiple calls that were coming and wonderful customer service, she(Lisa) was displaying. Fast Service – I had the windshield in my daughters car replaced at Glass Masters. After calling several other glass companies, Glass Masters beat the other companies prices.
