Terrible!! Cut wires to my rear view mirror and refused to do anything about it. I called weekly and was told the Regional Manager would call me back-never happened! I was given his number, called multiple time and no response. broke off the component in the door of my car that controls the keyless entry system. Chose to lie to me about the damage. I had to pay to have this fixed at dealership. That mechanic found broken interior door clips, gouges on interior and they didn't bother to replace sound barrier. All this on top of ordering the wrong glass. We ended up having our mechanic put the glass in to keep them from causing more damage. Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs.
