I had a great experience with auto express Mazda and my sales rep Adam he was amazing him and my loan agent Jeff! They both went above and beyond for me and I didn’t make it easy for them either! They stuck in there and got me a 2022 cx30 and my favorite color Red,then after a long day Adam even stayed to show me all the things my car could do and how to use all of them all! I just want to say they are amazing,nice patient and caring people! I gave them a huge 10/10 recommendation,Thank you guys for everything u do!!

Trying to tell me I can’t have my car back and trying to hold it hostage and trying to charge me a mandatory $455 for labor to diagnose a starting problem and pay for 3 hrs of labor before they even look at the car saying oh it’s gonna take us at least three hours to diagnose it with a obd2 scanner that legit gives you answers in less than 5 minutes , then tried saying there’s a law that I can’t have my vehicle back which isn’t even close to true , then also changed there pricing on me multiple times and even said we can’t g... read more
After months of research, I recently purchased a Certified Pre Owned Mazda with the help of Nick L. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time constraints when scheduling a test drive. I feel that the dealership offered me a very fair price on the vehicle and for my trade in, and I was not pressured to buy like I have been at other dealers. I'm hoping this car will last me for many years to come!
