I went in to look at a CX-5 for test drive and leasing options, we worked with Patrick Carden, who was very personable, he listened to my preferences. He answered all my questions, made the process as simple as possible and stress free. He is super informative, kind, very honest and upfront about every little detail plus great to work with making my leasing possible. The whole atmosphere and team there is very upbeat and welcoming. Love the experience and very happy with my new car!
I stopped by the service dept. on a rainy day last week and asked service advisor James where I could get a rear wiper blade. He showed me to the parts window and Mitch was kind enough to replace it for me. James also reset my oil change notification to the correct mileage. Thank You guys, I appreciate you.
Staff is very responsive, clear and detail. I did have to go back to re-level my transmission fluid because it was overflown when they did it the first time. But, they did it for free, no questions asked. I was in and out in 20 minutes the second time
Do not buy from here. I got a used car from here yesterday. When we test drove the car we were told two keys, as a matter of fact both keys were brought out when we drove it. After I call them out on an illegal sales tactic they tried using on me “you have to buy a warranty and gap insurance in order to secure the loan, the bank wants their assets protected” and added to my overall loan before I was in the dealership saying it was my only chance at financing. This is the first time I have ever looked for a vehicle. I went to a few dealerships before here because I didnt know what type of car I wanted. When I got to Mazda Patrick C. met me at his desk and asked if I needed anything. He was so super friendly. I was never pressured into anything it was such a chill and laid back experience Jeff was my finace guy and he too was super friendly and wonderful. They were the best.
