I love cars. And driving them. But as I happen to be female I HATE, I mean HATE, interacting with anyone about my car. Mechanics, dealers, whoever. They all treat women like idiots and they're all trying to rip you off. Sam is different. He's nice, he's honest, and he clearly loves what he does.
Sam and Lenny were a pleasure to meet and work with. They gave us a great test drive, and answered all our questions. They really went above and beyond to help make sure were comfortable with the purchase and work out all the details. AND they have a great selection of less expensive to more expensive, small mileage to high mileage type of vehicles. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone car shopping.
I found Sam to be professional, honest and informative. He was thoughtful, listened to what I wanted and genuinely wanted to help me find the car I would be happy with. He and his employees are really great, the kind of people that you want to do business with. It's nice to find goods and service providers that you feel good about telling your friends to go see. You may wonder if all the positive reviews here are true. As hard as it may be to believe it, yes, Auto City is a wonderful car shopping experience. I had been looking for a new car for a while. My entire experience here was excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a new vehicle. It's a small lot, so the selection isn't big, but the customer service is class. If you can find the vehicle you want here, get it.

Another five-star review for the amazing Sam! A month or so ago, I started looking for a 2010 BMW 328i. There are lots available through local dealers, but I was very specific about the color combo. Local dealers tried to talk me into a lot of black or boring silver cars. I will never own another black car. And the pricing with these big dealerships seemed high, based on what I'd seen online. I brought my Camaro here to Charbel, who works in the detail shop to get my fender rolled. For those of you who don't know what that is, when you put huge wheels and tires on a Camaro, they rub on the fender. To fix this the fender is heated and tucked up under the lip of the fender. He charged me less than half of what it would have cost to have this service done at a big name auto sports shop in mountain view, and was available the day after I called him!
