Sam helped me buy a Jeep Patriot at auction and I was happy with the result. I got a good deal on a 2016 vehicle and while Sam wasn't able to get it shipped to Reno, he was accommodating in finding a workaround for us. I would definitely recommend auto city to friends looking for a deal on a car.
Sam is the used car whisperer. Cars are his life, and he backs up his sales with great service. He's a sweet guy, and completely professional. When I bought a used BMW from him three years ago, he showed me how highly it rated on condition/appearance/mechanical stability on the auction website he uses. Found the car I was looking for on Car Fax which lead me here to this location. Called and spoke to Sam he was awesome. He made everything really easy and was extremely accommodating to our needs and wants. Would def. recommend anyone to him. We are very pleased and happy with our purchase!
Sam treated me with excellent courtesy and professionalism, both times I visited. First, I purchased a Honda a few years ago, and Sam was thorough, honest and helpful. Yesterday, I sold the Honda back to Sam, and he was again honest and helpful, even giving me a ride home afterwards. He's a good person and a trustworthy dealer of used cars.
