Just got off the phone with Sam at Auto City. What a great guy!! We had some questions about a vehicle they had for sale and he was very helpful.
Sam is the best! We were in need of a car (emergency) so we asked him to help us a second time. We first purchased from him 5 years ago. He is so awesome, he wanted us to have a great deal and for my daughter to be happy. Mission Accomplished! Thank you so much!
Test drive guide (I forgot to ask his name) was very helpful giving directions to the freeway while avoiding city street traffic at the same time. I loved the vehicle and decided to purchase. I was not prepared though and had to fetch my checkbook. Sam prepared the documents while I was away so the transaction was quick and smooth. The low mileage vehicle was clean, had new oil, and ready for its new owner.
Over 40 years of driving I have never bought a new car, always used and I've always bought from private parties. This time I tried private parties and the first few people I approached weren't upfront. Based on Yelp reviews, I started trying used car dealers for the first time. 8 years ago, my family and I landed in Silicon Valley, trying to start a new life after graduating from school. The first thing we needed was a car. Sam found us a great deal, a 1997 Toyota Camry. It had 111k miles on it, but it was rock solid. 8 years and 70k miles later we are still driving that same Camry, and we have such good memories from it. The Camry was definitely one of the best purchases I made in my life. Sam is an awesome car salesman, and wonderful person! I would definitely buy my next used car from him again.
