Such a great shop. Has a wonderful variety, so helpful and they always help the community a well. Love when I volunteer on a holiday for gifts for Chilldren's Hospital. You learn, you volunteer and meet such nice ladies as well. Will always do when I can.
I just bought my first embroidery machine here and I can't say enough good things about the staff here. I have gone in twice with questions and called once with one and they have been so nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to taking some classes in their awesome looking classroom.
Just finished 2 days with Paula Reid and learned so much. The staff of Vac and Sew are amazing as well. I can call at any time with a question and they are so eager for us to have a good experience. I will be back!✂️
Update: Veronica the owner went out of her way recently to contact me and provided great care and customer service. I bought a new horn table for my Janome 8900 which I've been wanting. I will definitely take my machine in for servicing along with my Bernina which I have been told they will be starting to offer and service.
I had two private lessons--on my serger and my embroidery machine. Great place and great people!
