There is no better Customer service and attention to detail than Authorized Vac and Sew in Fresno . It doesn’t t matter if you’re buying a $4 package of pens or the top of the line sewing machine, you get the same care and attention. I love this store and all the people who work there are amazing and helpful.
My experience was not so great at this store. I felt that the $99 service they were recommending was not needed, and that didn't include the $45 part, which, (by the way was $20 from Brother and $17 from Amazon), and the $30 adjustment was over the top. It felt like because i didn't want the service for my machine they didn't want to help much. I paid for the small repair, and took it home, and it failed, so we went back and we decided that to do all these things I could get a new machine. The next day I went to another shop... read more
