Ordered some mouldings for a wainscoting project. Very happy with the service and product. Communications excellent so knew exactly when to expect pick up. As far as the product goes, there was a great variety to chose from not available anywhere else.

Was looking to source some material for a large-scale upcoming project. It felt as though the saleswoman couldn't wait to get me off the phone, and nobody bothered to respond to my email. I hope the owner is aware that his sales personnel aren't particularly interested in making sales.
