In our opinion this clinic is extremely excellent in their professionalism and care. They were so helpful, thoughtful and kind to us during Smokette's recent health issue. We are sad to have lost her, but it wasn't because you didn't give it your best. Thanks so much. RIP Smokette, our little window kitty.

The Doctors and staff here are ABSOLUTELY the most compassionate, kind, helpful and caring human beings I’ve ever met! After a serious scare with my puppy Boston Terrier, I called the office due to her being unresponsive and lethargic.. I was in the office within 10 minutes where she was rushed to the back to begin treatment... obviously I was a wreck.. however the entire staff was accommodating by taking me into a private room. This guy was rushed to Austintown Veterinary Clinic after spending the night in an emergency vet due to bloat. When I showed up at the clinic, as they opened, and told them My hounds condition...and immediately they sprung to action. I didn’t even know they had that many employees on site as every last one came out to assist. Willie was immediately taken into surgery and came home later that day. They said the only option for my cats leg was removal or to put her down, since the vet was unable to do anything other than that. Mr. Allen Donald, a veterinarian in Boardman, not only fixed her leg by doing the procedure your staff could not, but did it for HALF the price, and now my little one will have a full recovery. It is unprofessional to recommend killing a furry friend because of your lack of knowledge.
