I had been a client in previous years, and one of my cats was sick and I called to make an appointment, but they turned me away. Said since I had not had a pet seen in the last two years, they said I would be considered a new patient and they were not accepting new patients. So I had to take her to Med. Vet emergency and that was also a terrible situation. Had to put her to sleep.

The people there are great. they take good care of our pets. The Doctors talk to you so you understand what is going on with your pets.
took my fur kids to austintown vet clinic for 30 + yrs in the past they had the best vets now they change vets so much and never have any openings kinda kills me that for 30 yrs they took my money and in a time i needed them they did not have a opening to see my pet dont recommend them

My mother has taken our family pets here for 20 or so years and everything has always alright. We have a relatively new family dog who started urinating blood and my mother called the clinic to schedule an urgent appt. Afterwards, my mother, quite upset, told me she talked with a rude receptionist who said they could not get her dog in until April! Thankfully we got him into another vet clinic that same day. So, not only was the receptionist rude but she completely overlooked a potential emergency! Shameful
Loved Dr Whitfield! Thorough physical examination- explained everything along with costs. Staff was very friendly and compassionate towards my fur baby!
Always been pleased but after we lost our lab a few weeks ago, I am even more impressed. The compassion and care was so comforting.
