The serviceman was in such a hurry to leave that he left a wire (live?) hanging loose in the garage. And of course, I did not notice it myself until he was gone.
Business response:
I apologize for the experience that you had with our tech. When working with garage door openers, there is a wire that hangs down, that is an antennae. There are only low voltage wires and those are with the opener. The wire that you are seeing hanging down, is the antennae wire. Again, I apologize and we would be more than happy to come back out!
