    Austin Wedding Planners was hired to provide day of coordination for our daughter's wedding at Chateau Bellevue on June 9, 2018. Rosa was involved throughout the entire process - much more so than just day of coordination! Helped tremendously as we were planning everything from Dallas. Rosa provided recommendations, feedback, and coordination of the vendors. Timelines were developed, communicated, and used to provide for a worry free wedding. Rosa was great about keeping everyone informed; she is a strong communicator. Definitely added to the success of our daughter's wedding!

    Rosa was great from the very beginning! We started planning my wedding a little over a year in advanced, and I felt very stress free on the big day. She is very detailed and communicates with all of your vendors for you, so you do not have to constantly keep up with the endless emails. I am still receiving compliments about how smoothly everything ran. We wouldn't have changed one thing about our special day!

    Rosa played an essential role in keeping myself and my mother calm and collected on the wedding day and leading up to the big day. She thinks of everything!!!! Her staff that helped the day of were right on time, polite, professional, and smart! They seemed to jump right in without needing much guidance. They had a way of blending in and not getting in the way which was important because my husband and I had an intimate wedding day that revolved mostly around a 65 person sit down lunch. Rosa has a fantastic sense of humor. She is warm and incredibly knowledgable. She has been involved in nearly every aspect of the industry which makes her highly valuable. I was thrilled with how our day turned out and so happy we were able to enjoy it.

    I had the pleasure of interning with Rosa last fall. It was nice to see how thoroughly she works with clients in person and behind the scenes. Each event that I worked with Rosa on was extremely successful and ran smoothly. She cares about her clients and does her best to make their special day the best it can be.
