Daryl was the best service guy ever! I cried his last day, actually came for an oil change just to say goodbye!
If you need a repair, don't even plan on getting it done when it is needed. Now takes forever to get in, then they need 2 days to fix anything.
Best option outside of CA – You are not going to get your VW back in one day but the work will be done correctly and at a reasonable price. Cheers!
Darryl really is the best; he's a little rough around the edges, but aren't all mechanics? He's even helped me when I've come in crying from repairs of my own doing.
Want to like this place but my two day repair took 12 days and cost me almost $500 in rental fees... With 0 communication from anyone here... Hope the owner attempts to resolve this massive screwup
Very expensive, overcharging for simple items – The service manager wanted to charge me one hour each for each of the diagnostic codes resulting from the check engine light. Probably because I told him I won't want to pay $125 labor (1.5 hours work) for something that should only take 15 minutes or less for me to do (change out the ignition coil).
