I'll start off by saying that I really WANT to like Austin Subaru. They are hip, fun, and sell cool cars. But after too many disappointing experiences at the dealership, it's finally time I learned my lesson and move on. Yes, they have a nice waiting area and will give you free, tasty coffee and snacks. Timely, efficient and thorough
The Subaru dealership in Austin has been extremely helpful to us. My radio stopped working and needs to be replaced. I called the headquarters and they made a deal with the dealership to replace the entire unit and my out pocket payment is a sweet deal. My husband was initially reluctant to buy a Subaru but after reading the quality of the cars they sell and the excellent customer services we have received for the past 6 years we will loyal customers to the end. We are now a Subaru family.
January 6, 2021, I was involved in an accident. ( guy ran a red light and hit me passenger side) I was pulled over on the side of the road and a gentleman by the name of Morgan stopped to make sure that I was okay. He told me he works at this location, saw that I was driving a Subaru and had to stop. He didn’t have to, he didn’t have to wait with me until I was able to leave but he did. Thank you sir! Judging by the content of many of the reviews here, I’m reluctant to write one of this nature. My experience with Austin Subaru was in stark contrast to most of the others. I found them through an Ad on cars.com. It was for an older Nissan Rogue that appeared, from the professionally done pictures, to be in really good shape. The entire experience at the dealership was as smooth and was accompanied by about as little stress as a car buying process can be. Jonny Jahani is certainly a people person. He picked up my inquiry from the beginning and was completely involved to the end. He always responded quickly. He delivered extras, such as meeting with my daughter to get her car appraised.
