I had a bad experience since I seen the Doc V and with this clinic he doesn’t know well and he doesn’t patience even so he is not a experienced Doc and also every time I called them , they put me on hold for more than an hour. The lady she answered to me was so bad and that’s why that ARC has lower rating so you guys should fix that the founders of This clinic I meant .
I went to see Dr. David Gray for some back pain I’ve been having. When I explained to him what’s been going on he looked at me like I was crazy and was only there for the pills. He sends me home with a steroid pack and told me to do yoga. Well what he didn’t check was my chart. Cuz the steroid pack he gave me, f**ked me up in the head. Went to Medsprings and the doc there tells me the steroid pack DR. David Gray gave me counteracts with the pills I’m already on. your registration department is slow
I’ve been taking my newborn to see Dr. Hunt. We’ve been 4-5 times now and she’s been absolutely amazing! I’m so glad he has such a great doctor and wouldn’t trust anyone else!
We love Dr. Gritzka! I have been going to ARC for years, decades and now my kids (5 yrs old) see a pedi in Hutto! He is always so kind and friendly and is patient with them! They know Dr. G and his nurse and are happy to talk to them, which isn't always common for young kids. He's been seeing them since they were newborns and when he transferred from the Round Rock office to Hutto, we changed too!
Dr. Rogers is the worst when it comes to communicate during a follow up. Will rather give my money to a 24 hr clinic.
Dr.Castillo and staff were very nice proffessional and thorough good place for family
I absolutely LOVE DR. CATHY CASTILLO♡♡ MY EXPERIENCE yesterday was a bit crazy... but overall.. I'm GREAT. Any other day... NOT YESTERDAY! !!
