I went in store today to buy a mattress. I decided on one and was ready to pay for it. The saleman wanted me to wait by the check list desk so he could wait on another customer. After 10 minutes I decided that I had waited too long and left. I literally had my credit card out and they lost the sale.. Found my mattress somewhere else.
In 2013, we had a horrible experience with their other location, but decided to give them another chance, hoping this location and the years to improve would prove better. We were shopping for a mattress for our small child, and wanted something cleaner, but that we could try out first vs. buying on the Internet.
