The sales consultant Kyle at the Gallery location was very personable and knowledgeable! I was shopping for a mattress for my Mother and Klye listened and directing me to their best mattress options. It wasn't about the most expensive mattress available instead the best fit for my Mother! Kyle is awesome and goes the extra mile to ensure your shopping experience exceeds your expectations! I went in store today to buy a mattress. I decided on one and was ready to pay for it. The saleman wanted me to wait by the check list desk so he could wait on another customer. After 10 minutes I decided that I had waited too long and left. I literally had my credit card out and they lost the sale.. Found my mattress somewhere else.

In 2013, we had a horrible experience with their other location, but decided to give them another chance, hoping this location and the years to improve would prove better. We were shopping for a mattress for our small child, and wanted something cleaner, but that we could try out first vs. buying on the Internet. I am blown away! What a wonderful concept! Had no idea the mattress makers were using such dirty chemicals as fire retardants! Anna is awesome! No pressure, great vibe, I love this place! Cant wait to get my natural mattress tonight!
