This was a surprise tour for my family and we really enjoyed it. They had no idea what to expect but the had a ball.
Captain Bob was HILARIOUS! I can’t wait until my family visits to go on the tour with him again because he is just so funny! I also learned so much about the city I live in.
Learn customer service and to respond to customer issues. I am from Australia and they have largely ignored my requests...they advise they have sent emails when they have NOT. I have tried ringing them (at my cost) and you cannot get through....I would give them negative 20 out of 10.
Broadband tour of greater downtown Austin. Tour guide was quite knowledgeable about Austin 's history.
the drivers are great, if you can get on Bob's tour, DO IT.
Great tour with Captain John! Learned some Austin history and cruised the lake. Highly recommend!
