It was a beautiful day, the gift shop inside is ADORABLE! Great gifts! My brother from MD bought several items for his son and daughter in law and they had a lift for my 86 year old father that was unable to use the stairs.

I so recommend doing this, our driver was great and very funny.
The tour was fun. Captain Bob was informative and really energetic. We had a great time while we were in it. And then we decided to fact check a few of the stranger sounding facts that were told to us. Austin is an amazing city and things shouldn’t need to be made up or highly exaggerated to make it even better. Please be aware when taking this tour that not everything you hear is true. This was very entertaining...a lot of fun. Captain Bob was a very entertaining to guide. Be careful buying a Groupon deal for this tour. They don't tell you about blackout dates until after you've successfully made your reservation... Then they email you the fine print and cancel your reservation. I'd give 5 starts if it weren't for this.
