Poor until resolved. I contacted her about a stolen bracelet in November. She is the owner but her response was ... that she needed to contact the office for more info. And the office is closed and she is the only bookkeeper. You shouldn't buy diamond bracelets from minors, young kids don't run around with expensive jewelry.
