Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning

Called to do some Dentist shopping..receptionist put me on hold for 10 minutes, does not use any sedation for potential clients that have a fear of dentists.

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
