Horrible! I would suggest to find another dentist if your tooth/teeth are broke. The nurse will put you in a room for about 15-20 minutes before the dentist comes in and she will tell you they can't pull them there that you have to go to a oral surgeon. And lord help if you need a referral, I'm currently on the phone with the office and have been on hold for over 40 minutes, because they're the ones that messed it up.
Dr. Austin has been my dentist since 1995, I don't trust any other dentist. She's the best. Very gentle
