Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

First off all the positive comments had to have been the staff trying to boost the review ratings. The office is not the cleanest, receptionist was very unorganized and rude. The staff in the back were fairly nice and helped when I had questions but that was the only time I had things explained to me was when I asked. I haven't had a cavitiy filled since I was a kid but I don't remember the dentist then being so rough and the same filling has fallen out twice within the same month. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions
